New York is in danger because Shredder and his sidekick The Foot Clan dominate the city and exercise tight control over everything, including police and politicians. But four heroes (Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael) will emerge from the sewers and with the help of the reporter April and her partner Vern Fenwick they will try to save the city.

Synopsis

The city needs heroes. Darkness looms over New York since Shredder and his evil Foot Clan control everything with an iron fist; from the police to the politicians. The future looks bleak until four outlaw brothers emerge from the sewers and discover that their destiny is to be the Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must collaborate with intrepid journalist April O'Neil and her sarcastic camera operator Vern Fenwick to save the city and thwart Shredder's diabolical plans.
